Check-in time is from 1:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
Raccoon Rooms is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
We ask that all guests respect the comfort and privacy of other guests.
